Sundaram Finance Board recommends Final Dividend

 Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (25%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 on the paid-up capital of Rs 55.55 Cr. This, together with the interim dividend of Rs 4 per share (40%) paid on March 18, 2009 will make a total dividend of Rs 6.50 per share (65%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.
