LIST/COMP/OI/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, regarding trading restriction period, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 10th April, 2019 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 for the Directors/KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code.

In accordance of circular issued by the Stock Exchange dated 20th June, 2018, we hereby confirm that Mrs. S.M Swathi is not debarred from holding office of director by virtue of the SEBI order or any other such authority. Considered and approved the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report in the prescribed format issued by the Auditor of the Company. 2. Mr Rajendra A Shah, Independent Director resigned from the Board of the Company due to personal reason with effect from 9th February, 2019. The Company has accepted his resignation.
