 In terms of captioned subject matter and referred Regulation, it is hereby informed that Shri Deb Mukherjee has resigned due to Medical and Health issues as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 13th February ,2021. It is hereby further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 13th February , 2021 has appointed Mr Avinash Hariharno as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 13th February ,2021 as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with its applicable Rules and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given in Annexure-I. The Board of Directors had considered and approved the Unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 alongwith limited review report thereon. Appointment of Dunna Meena Kumari , Practicing Company Secretary (Mem No:28193 & COP No 23853) as Secretarial Auditor for the FY 2020-21 in place of M/s Satish Batra & Associates LLP. 3.. Approved the resignation of Mr Deb Mukherjee from the position of Chief Financial officer of the Company and in his place appointment of Mr Avinash Hariharno as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 13th February ,2021.
