Approved. the unaudited, standalone and consolidated financial results for the 1st quarter 2021-22 ended 30th June 2021. The Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the 1st quarter 2021-22 is also enclosed. 2. Approved convening of 41st AGM on 30th September, 2021. The results are being published and also made available on the website of the Company at www.simplexcastings.com.

 SIMPLEX CASTINGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021 and to discuss any other matter as per the agenda of the meeting. As informed in letter SCL/FY2021-22/BSE/13 dated 224 June, 2021 the trading window of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 for the Directors /KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code.

 This is with reference to our letter bearing no SCL/FY2021-22/BSE/11 dated 19th June, 2021 submitted for the outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company held on 19th June , 2021, we hereby submit the revised Consolidated audited financials results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March,2021 due to error in the upload of documents on the date of Board Meeting i.e 19.06.2021 which came to the notice of the Company today only. Please note that said error was on the part of clerical /Linking error during conversion of files in PDF for uploading to BSE Platform and there are no changes in the audited financial statements which were signed on 19-06-2021. Due to aforesaid error, there is impact on other expenses and profitability of the Company.
