RMC Switchgears Ltd - 540358 - Compliances-Reg.24(A)-Annual Secretarial Compliance

 Dear Sir/Madam, As per the provisions of Regulation 24A of the above mentioned Listing Regulations, every Listed entity is required to submit an Annual Secretarial Compliance Report within 60 days from the end of the Financial year with the stock exchange where the securities of the Company are listed. However as per the provisions of Regulations 15 (2) of Chapter IV of the same Listing Regulations, Regulation 24A shall not apply, in respect of the following classes of Companies: (a) The Listed entities having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year; (b) Companies whose specified securities are listed exclusively on the SME exchange. RMC Switchgears Limited listed on SME Exchange and therefore, it falls within the ambit of aforesaid exemption (b). Hence, compliance with the provisions of Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations is not applicable on our Company.
