 With reference to the above captioned subject, we would like to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Monday, the 13th day of June, 2022 which commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:00 P.M., have, amongst the other items of Agenda, considered, approved and taken on record:- a) The resignation of Mr. Himanshu Goyal (DIN: 03101053), Independent Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. immediate effect i.e. 13th June, 2022; b) Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, appointment of M/s.  Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 14th May 2022, inter alia, considered, approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2022. A copy of the said audited financial results together with the Auditors Report for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022, are enclosed herewith as Annexure 1.
