As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, every designated person of the Company and connected persons have been advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above Code. The 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for designated persons and connected persons of the Company from January 1, 2022 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 become generally available information.
