 We refer to the letter dated April 11, 2020 informing regarding the receipt of the request letters from the identified members of the Promoter/ Promoter Group of the Company seeking re-classification of their status as 'public'. We also refer to the intimation dated May 6, 2020 regarding the outcome of the Board Meeting wherein such requests were approved after Board of Directors expressed their views pursuant to Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
