As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company from April 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 will be intimated in due course.
