 Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated 10th April, 2023 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Kishan Mukeshbhai Nandani, as an Independent Director of the Company: 1. RESIGNATION OF MR. KISHAN MUKESHBHAI NANDANI from the post of an Independent Director of the Company due to his preoccupation and other personal commitments with effect from 10th April, 2023. i. Date of Cessation: 10th April, 2023 ii. Reason for Change: Due to his preoccupation and other personal commitments he is unable to continue as an Independent Director in the Company. There is no other reason for resignation except mentioned in the resignation letter. The Company will fill up the casual vacancy caused due to this resignation in due course and informed BSE accordingly. The meeting was commenced at 06:15 p.m. and concluded at 06:45 p.m.
