 Dear Sir/ Madam, As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, (including Second Amendment Regulation dated July 25, 2019, the 'Trading restriction period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. As per the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, it is advised to all the listed companies with BSE that the Trading Window shall close not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.
