Please find enclosed the Intimation Letter dated May 24, 2022, received from our RTA- Bigshare Services Private Limited, providing information regarding issuance of duplicate share certificate(s) to the shareholder of the Company. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBl/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue the ''Letter of Confirmation'' and now the corresponding shares are transferred to the Demat account of the respective claimant after complying with the required formalities.
