Extension of Financial Year

 Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies (ROC), NCT of Delhi & Haryana has granted permission vide letter dated September 08, 2010 allowing the extension of financial year of the Company by 6 months to end on March 31, 2011 instead of September 30, 2010.Therefore, the financial year of the Company shall be of 18 months from October 01, 2009 to March 31, 2011.Thereafter, the financial year of the Company shall be from 1st April to 31st March every year.
