In terms of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Stock Exchange is hereby informed that in terms of the consent accorded by the Board in its meeting held on 25.3.2019 to approach and availment of the soft loan under the Scheme for extending Soft loan to sugar mills to facilitate payment of sugar cane dues of the farmers for the sugar season 2018-19 as notified by the Central Government. The Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Bank Ltd. vide its letters both dated 29th June, 2019 has sanctioned soft loan of Rs.116.40 Crores to the Company to clear the outstanding dues of the farmers for the crushing season 2018-19 to its units Mawana Sugars Works and Nanglamal Sugar Complex. The said loan has been disbursed and utilized for payment to sugarcane farmers. The above facility will carry rate of interest @ 12% p.a. The repayment of loan is in 36 monthly installments after a moratorium of 1 year. There will be interest subvention of 7% p.a. for 1 year of availment. Security for the loan to be provided by the Company to the Bank is as below: i) First Pari-passu charge on the fixed assets of the Company's units Mawana Sugar Works and Nanglamal Sugar Complex. ii) Corporate Guarantee.
