Please take reference to our letter dated 12th June, 2019 on the captioned subject. It has been found that there was an inadvertent omission to include a related party transaction relating to payment of advisory fee to a Non-executive Director. The error has been duly rectified and please find attached herewith, the revised Disclosure of related party transactions on consolidated basis for the half year ended March 31, 2019 under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
