 In terms of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and exchanges Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Stock Exchange is hereby informed that the designation of Mr. Mukesh Chauhan (DIN-09387262) has been changed from Non-Executive & Independent Director to Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 1.1.2022 in terms of change in the definition of Independent Director vide SEBI's notification dated 03.08.2021. However, it may please be noted that notwithstanding the above change, the Company continues to remain compliant with the provisions of Regulation 17 of the SEBI(LODR), 2015 and the Company continues to have one third of its Board comprising of Independent Directors, which please note. The above change in the status of Mr. Mukesh Chauhan shall be notified to the Board of Directors for its information in its next meeting .
