 In order to reduce carbon footprint, meeting global commitment of reduction in emission level, dependency on oil usage, the Governments globally as well as in India, are promoting alternate fuels in place of fossil fuels. Electrification of IC engines used for any application is one of the main agenda on this front. The Company being a responsible global corporate citizen, keeping in perspective the future direction of economies across the world regarding alternate fuels, after deliberations has decided to explore the possibility of going into aformentioned direction, whenever such opportunity evolves. In order to expand the distribution channels for easy reach of customers, the Company wishes to enter into 'Single Brand Retail Trading' by utilising any of the available platforms.
