 This is with reference to our disclosure and announcement dated 14th February, 2018 and 5th November, 2018 regarding acquisition of 100% equity shares of Arjun Food Colorants Manufacturing Private Limited ('the Company'), an entity owned and held by the Promoters Group of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited ('the Purchaser'). The Purchaser and the Company collectively referred as ('the Parties'). The Purchaser has today completed the acquisition of the Company for a cash consideration of Rs.7,92,05,000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Ninety Two Lakhs and Five Thousand Only).
