Approved Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2020 as prescribed u/r 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. Considered & taken on record the Limited Review Report for the third quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2020. 3. Declared third interim dividend of Re. 0.20/- per share i.e. @ 20% per equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21. Pursuant to Reg. 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the record date for reckoning shareholders entitled to receive third interim dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 will be Friday, 19.02.2021.
