BANSWARA SYNTEX LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that next 236th Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company for approval of Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the quarter/half year ended on 30th September, 2021, will be held on Saturday, 30th October, 2021 at 12.30 P.M. at Mumbai office of the Company.
