Please be informed that National Highways Authority of India ('NHAI') has declared the Appointed Date for the Project as January 16, 2019. The Project entails the 4-laning of the 62.7 Km stretch, at a bid project cost of Rs. 1,048 crore. Under the Concession Agreement, construction of the Project is to be completed within 2.5 years from the Appointed Date and is to be maintained for 15 years from Commercial Operation Date, post which it will be transferred to NHAI. It may kindly be noted that the project has achieved the financial closure and loans are fully disbursable. WRIPL will develop the project at a Bid Project Cost of Rs. 1,460 crore and first year O&M; cost of Rs. 31.50 crore. Further to our disclosures dated November 23, 2018 and December 22, 2015 regarding divestment of stake in Dewas Bhopal Road Corridor Private Limited ('DBCL'), kindly note that the Company has completed the transaction for sale of balance 13% stake in DBCL with India Infrastructure Fund-II and has received consideration of Rs. 57.7 crore. With this, the Company has completely divested its 50% stake in DBCL for a total consideration of Rs. 184.1 crores as against its fund infusion of Rs. 85.4 crores implying a multiple of 2.15x.
