Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that in view of the directions passed by Central / State Governments to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and all stakeholders, the Company has decided to temporarily suspend operations at its various offices and project sites across India with immediate effect till further notice. Further, in terms of the directions issued by various State Governments and local bodies, the Company has implemented ''Work from Home'' for its employees. The duration of this shutdown will depend upon the further directions from the Government authorities. We are closely monitoring the situation and would take necessary actions as may be required in the then prevailing circumstances. Kindly take the above mentioned on record.24-03-2020
