 ln continuation of previous announcement dated: 2nd November,2022 with respect to Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 1st November, 2022. we wish to inform you that, the Company is in process of searching and appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance officer in terms of Regulation 6 [1) of the LODR regulations. It is submitted that in order to ensure timely dissemination of information and for performance of other roles as provided in Regulation 6 {2), the Board of Directors of, the company have decided to designate Rana Inder Pratap Singh [DIN: 00075107), Managing Director of the Company as the Compliance Officer until the appointment of a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6(1).
