 We are listed on BSE SME EXCHANGE and Financial Results under REG 33 of SEBI LODR is required to submit to the Stock Exchange half yearly. So we are not required to submit Financial Results for three months and quarter ended on 30th June 2020. However we have inadvertently filed the closure of trading window as pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and clarification given by NSE vide letter no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2nd April 2019 and BSE vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 regarding trading restriction period and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading We hereby request you to not consider the same and cancel it.
