 Further to our letter dated 11th April, 2023, we enclose, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the following, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company (''the Board'') at the meeting held today i.e. 19th April, 2023, have recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders, final dividend of ?2 per equity share of ?10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The details w.r.t. date of convening of the Annual General Meeting and record date for payment of dividend will be announced in due course.
