 With reference to our letter dated June 22, 2021 submitted with the Exchanges, meeting of the Board of Directors of Company was scheduled to be held on June 29, 2021 for considering the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter (Q4) and the year ended on March 31, 2021. We would like to inform you that in spite of our best efforts but due to second wave of COVID-19 pandemic, Company has not been able to get all the financial details/documents for the annual audit from its foreign branch office(s) and various site office(s) where Company's projects are going on. In view of the above said circumstances, we request you to grant us extension of time for submission of Financial Results for the Quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2021 up to July, 2021 and oblige.
