Unaudited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December 2022; 2. Unaudited Segment-wise Revenue, Results, Assets and Liabilities of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the quarter ended 31st December 2022; 3. Reports from the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Messrs. S S Kothari Mehta and Company, Chartered Accountants, on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 05:00 p.m. and concluded at 7:00 p.m.

 Further to our letter dated 15th October 2022, informing about receipt of certified order from the NCLT admitting the Scheme and directing a meeting of the shareholders and the unsecured creditors of the Company we would like to inform that the NCLT, by way of interim order pronounced on 11th January, 2023 has fixed final date of hearing of the petition for the sanction of the Scheme on 15th March, 2023. The NCLT has directed to advertise notice of hearing in 'Business Standard' (All India Edition) and 'Dinamani Tamil' (Tamil Nadu Edition) and send notice to relevant statutory/regulatory authorities.
