This is to inform you that the Company had made an application to seek extension to conduct the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-2020. The Company has received an extension of 45 days from Registrar of Companies vide its letter dated September 04, 2020. In this connection, Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai vide circular dated September 08, 2020 has granted extension for a period of three months from the due date by which the AGM ought to have been held i.e. upto December 31, 2020. In view of the above, the date of AGM would be intimated to the Stock Exchange once it is decided by the Board of Directors.
