In accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to our earlier correspondence vide letter IMEC/BSE/18/2023-24 dated June 27, 2023 ; we wish to inform you that the order for approval of Resolution Plan in respect of RSAL Steel Private Limited (a material subsidiary of IMEC Services Limited) reserved by an oral order pronounced by the Hon''ble NCLT Mumbai Bench on June 26,2023 , was not published, therefore the matter has been de-reserved vide order dated August 18, 2023 (Copy received on August 31, 2023) as one of the Hon''ble Member of NCLT Mumbai Bench is transferred to Kochi Bench.
