This is in continuation of our letter dated 25th October, 2021 through which we have intimated about entering into MOU with M/s Pegasus Inland Container Depot Private Limited (PICDPL) for sale/transfer of Private Freight Terminal (PFT) and in view of this we would further like to inform that today Company have entered into definitive Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) towards sale/transfer of Private Freight Terminal (PFT) at an aggregate consideration of Rs.33.00 Crores (Rupees Thirty Three Crores only) and the buyers have to arrange necessary approvals from Government Authorities including Railways. Further, M/s Pegasus Inland Container Depot Private Limited is not the related party of the Company and the proposed transaction is not a material transaction in terms of Materiality Policy of the Company.
