Orient Press - Extension of Accounting Year
Orient Press Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2009, has been decided to extend the current Financial Year of the Company for 3 months i.e. from March 31, 2009 to June 30, 2009 and therefore the current Financial Year of the Company will be for a period of 15 months from April 01, 2008 to June 30, 2009. The Company does not require any approval from The Registrar of Companies for this purpose.31-03-2009
