 We wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Co. shall remain closed from Saturday, July 1, 2023 for the consideration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said results. Accordingly, all designated persons, Directors, promoters, persons acting in concert. employees with their immediate relatives, persons having contractual and fiduciary relation with the Co. including but not limited to auditors, consultants, law firms, etc. advising or assisting the Co shall not involve in any transaction for dealing / trading in the securities of the Co. during the period when trading window is closed.

FIRST CUSTODIAN FUND (INDIA) LTD. - 511122 - Exemption From Filing Half Yearly Related Party Transactions For The Financial Year 2023 -24

 As per the Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to file the Disclosures of Related Party Transactions every six months within fifteen days from the date of publication of its Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results in the format as specified by the SEBI from time to time. The Company has availed exemption under Regulation 15 (2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in respect of Corporate Governance including Regulation 23 (9) in respect of filing of half yearly related party transactions. Hence, the provision of compliance of Regulation 23 (9) is not applicable to the Company for the financial year 2023 - 24. Hence, the Company is not required to submit Disclosures of Related Party Transactions on half yearly basis for the financial year 2023 - 24.
