Accordingly, Sh. Uma Shankar Gupta, IAS ceased to be Managing Director of the company w.e.f 29th November, 2022 (F.N.)

 With profound sadness and grief, we regret to inform about the sudden demise of Sh. S.P. Singh (IAS) Retd, (DIN: 00297745), Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company yesterday, on 8th November, 2022. Sh. S.P. Singh (IAS) Retd was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company in year 2018 and the Company has immensely benefitted from his leadership during his tenure as an Independent Director of our company. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
