 This is to bring to your kind notice, due to the reasons set out in the enclosed letter, the submission of said Un-Audited Financial Results will be delayed beyond due date. The financial results for the year and quarter ended 31st March 2021 are in process of finalization. Hence, the consequent finalization of first quarter financial results ended 30th June 2021 shall require more time.
