NSE/CML/2019/11 BSE's circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 both dated April 2, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company by the Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2023. The Trading Window will re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
