The Board Meeting to be held on 24/06/2020 has been revised to 24/06/2020 It is hereby informed to the Stock Exchanges, that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled (as per the notice issued on 05/06/2020) to be held on Wednesday, the 24thday of June 2020 at the registered office of the Company will now be conducted via Video Conferencing or any other Audio Visual means or by any other electronic mode only due to 'restriction/Stringent complete lock down imposed/announced by the State Government of Tamilnadu on 15th of June 2020 from 19th of June 2020 to 30th of June 2020 including the city of Chennai where the registered office of company is situated'. The Notice of the meeting of Board Of Directors along with Agenda items as intimated to the Stock Exchanges 05th of June 2020 and circulated among the member remains the same. Further it is intimated that all the scheduled committee meeting shall also be held through Video conferencing only until the period of lockdown.16-06-2020
