Board recommends Final Dividend
Hisar Metal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, has recommended final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2013-14 and fixed the date of 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company as September 24, 2014.Further, the final dividend will be paid to the shareholders on September 29, 2014, if declared by them at the ensuing General Meeting.12-08-2014
