HOV Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2011, has considered and approved the merger of HOV Services LLC and HOVS Corp. a Nevada Corporation ( and wholly owned subsidiary of HOV SPV LLC), wherein HOVS Corp. shall merge with HOV Services LLC.
