 With reference to your letter No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KS/ 2021-2022 / 488 dated 28-01-2022 sent to us by mail, we wish to reply as follows: 1. We have been disclosing all the information / particulars as per the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. There are no price sensitive information /details which have not been disclosed and which may have an impact on the volume of the shares traded on the exchanges. 3. Moreover, in the last couple of weeks, there has been significant volatility observed on the NSE/BSE across various scrips, due to the factors beyond control /knowledge and we have not come across any reasoning to justify / explain in particular the volatility observed in the case of Thyrocare scrip.
