Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchange. The date of Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.28-06-2019
