we would like to inform you that the Company had earlier approved Draft Scheme for Reduction of Capital in the Board Meeting held on 18th November, 2022 and amended the scheme subsequently in Board Meeting held on 4th January, 2023 and 16th January, 2023. However, as per query raised by BSE Limited (Stock Exchange) the Company has modified and amended the typographical error in the said draft scheme pursuant to the requirement of Stock Exchange.
