Further, as intimated by our letter dated 31st March, 2020, the trading window in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, was closed with effect from l" April, 2020 until the 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.
