 Further to our letter dated 23rd March 2020 intimating you about the disruption of operation of Company's Paper and Caustic Plant at Amlai, Madhya Pradesh due to the nationwide lockdown to arrest the spread of COVID-19, we wish to inform you that the plants have been partially restarted today based on approvals obtained from appropriate authorities for production of Tissue Papers & Caustic/ Chlorine which have been declared as essential commodities. The company will further inform you once it commences normal production.

 Further to our letter dated March 11, 2020, intimating you about shut of Company's Paper plant at Amlai, Madhya Pradesh with effect from 10th March 2020, for the purpose of maintenance of Recovery Boiler, we wish to inform you that the plant has commenced production from March 20, 2020 which please note. Further, in view of lock down in the districts where Company's Paper and Caustic plants are located, production will be disrupted until further notice.

 In continuation to our communication uploaded with regard to the statement showing Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 in the prescribed format along with report of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP, the Auditors of the Company, adopted at the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. January 27, 2020, it appears that the scanned copy of the results was not clear and all the financial numbers '6' are appearing as '8'. Accordingly, a clear scanned copy of the results is attached herewith. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
