NLC India Ltd - 513683 - In Terms Of Regulation 30 & 51 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, We Wish To Inform That The Balance 351 MW Of Solar Power Projects Under Implementation In The Districts Of Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Virudhunagar And Ramanathapuram, Out Of 709 MW Solar Power Projects, Awarded By TANGEDCO, Has Been Successfully Completed. With This The Entire 709 MW Solar Power Projects Which Were Under Implementation In The State Of Tamilnadu Have Been Fully Completed And The Overall Solar Power Generation Capacity Is Increased To 1350 MW.
In terms of Regulation 30 & 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we wish to inform that the balance 351 MW of Solar Power Projects under implementation in the Districts of Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Virudhunagar and Ramanathapuram, out of 709 MW Solar Power Projects, awarded by TANGEDCO, has been successfully completed. With this the entire 709 MW Solar Power Projects which were under implementation in the State of Tamilnadu have been fully completed and the overall solar power generation capacity is increased to 1350 MW.25-09-2019

Pursuant to confirmation received from TANGEDCO, vide letter dated 11.09.2019, it is informed that 95 MW capacity of the 109 MW Solar PV power plant at Avathandai, Veppankulam, M. Pudukulam and Kadamangalam Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, out of 709 MW solar power projects awarded by TANGEDCO has been successfully commissioned and that the commercial operation has been declared with effect from 06.09.2019.
