 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 30th June, 2021 has appointed Mr. Sudhir Avasthi as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2021. Further, Mr. Sudhir Avasthi, CEO, has also appointed and re-designated as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five (5) years commencing from 1st July, 2021 to 30th June, 2026, subject to the approval of the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. Thus, henceforth, Mr. Sudhir Avasthi will act as Managing Director of the Company. The required details pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed herewith as Annexure-I Further, Mr. Harmesh Mohan Sood has resigned from the post of Managing Director of the Company due to his health issues with effect from 30th June, 2021, however he continues as the Director of the Company.
