 Notice be given that pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 37th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th September 2020 at 3.00 p.m. through VC/OAVM. In accordance with provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company provides e-voting facility to its members through electronic voting platform of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The e-voting shall commence on Saturday, 26th September, 2020 at 9.00 A.M. and end on Monday, 28th September, 2020 at 5.00 P.M. (both days inclusive). This step is taken by Gulf Petrochem FZC due to prevailing circumstances as a result of various external factors majorly Covid-19 Pandemic. Gulf Petrochem FZC firmly believes that this reorganization will add to the business growth in long-term.'
