The Board Meeting to be held on 13/11/2020 has been revised to 14/11/2020 Sub.: - Intimation regarding adjournment of the Meeting of the Board of Directors With reference to our earlier intimation dated 4 November, 2020 regarding the Board Meeting of the company to be held on Friday, 13th November, 2020 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020, the company now informs that the Board meeting held on Friday, 13th November, 2020 stands adjourned as the financial results are yet to be approved by the Audit Committee and the meeting of the Audit Committee is adjourned till tomorrow i.e. 14th November, 2020. Consequently, the Board Meeting is also adjourned till tomorrow i.e. 14th November, 2020. Further, the closure of Trading Window of the company is also extended upto 16th November, 2020.
