The Company had filed with the Stock Exchanges the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2017 on 19th May 2017. As per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July 2016; the format of the said financial results should have been as per the schedule III to the Companies Act, 2013, which is in slight variance from the format used by the Company. Now the said results have been revised to the extent required as per Schedule III and is herewith enclosed. Updates
