 This is to inform that the Company has through internal accruals paid 2nd redemption instalment of Rs. 33,78,378.38 per Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) on 370 NCDs aggregating to Rs. 1,250 million (principal amount) along with half yearly interest @10.4% per annum due on 16th December 2020. Please note that after payment of 2nd redemption instalment, the face value of each NCD stands reduced to Rs. 32,43,243.24 per NCD aggregating to Rs. 1,200 million for 370 NCDs. Please take the same on record.
