 This is to inform you that the Thirty First Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members STEL Holdings Limited ('the Company') will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio - Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the members at a common venue, in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India in this regard, inter alia, to transact the businesses stated in the Notice convening the said AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 together with the Notice of AGM, which are being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company, whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, /DP(s).
